Hi Laura! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Oh my goodness! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins TODAY! Yay! I can't help but smile as I think of all the special
memories you and your family will make together this week, especially as you celebrate your daughter's milestone birthday! How fun!
You have some truly amazing plans ahead of you! At
Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, my kids had the BEST time dancing along to the music. Just recently, I found the videos we took of them dancing and laughing during the show and they were so cute! When we visited, we wore our theme park clothes of shorts and nice, but not super dressy, shirts. Most of the other Guests wore the same, with a few dressed a little nicer in sundresses or khakis. Since there is not an official dress code for this location, just dress comfortably for the weather.
There is a dress code for
California Grill, which is the location of
Celebration at the Top - Savor, Sip, and Sparkle. According to the website, the minimum dress code is: "Men must wear khakis, slacks or dress shorts and collared shirts. Jeans may be worn if in good condition. Sport coats are optional. Women must wear Capri pants, skirts, dresses or dress shorts. Jeans may be worn if in good condition. Not permitted are tank tops, flip-flops, swimsuits, swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, torn clothing and T-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics." You can dress up even nicer than the minimum requirements and not be out of place there.
I hope this helps as you plan, Laura! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
