My husband and I want to take our daughter to Disney, but are unsure if she is too young to enjoy the different parks. We would like to go in April when she will be 20 months. Is this too young?

    Hi Sara,

This is a very common concern among parents of little ones.  You've already said that you "want" to take your daughter, so I think you've answered your own question...go for it!  There is plenty of things to see and do with a toddler.  Walt Disney World Resort is extremely accommodating and welcoming to guests with little ones, which makes is probably the "easiest" vacation to take with a toddler.  From the dining experiences to the details in the attractions, everything has been designed for the safety and comfort of little ones.

The biggest argument I typically hear is that "they won't remember it", and this could be true.  However, YOU will remember it.  The ability to spend time with your child, in a family friendly environment without the every day distractions of work, laundry, dishes, grocery shopping etc really enables you to have quality time together.

I encourage you to go, enjoy and take lots of photographs!
