Hi, Sandra! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Congratulations on 25 magical yEARS! Walt Disney World Resort is a great place to celebrate this wonderful milestone! I am sorry that your husband is in poor health, but with proper planning, you can all have a great time. On the Walt Disney World Resort Website, there is a section for
Services for Guests with Disabilities, although he may not have a disability, many of the topics discussed here might be applicable. For example, he may need to rent an
Electric Conveyance Vehicle or a
wheelchair.
Once you have arrived, there are a number of
First Aid options, such as locations in each of the Disney Theme Parks and in-room medical services are also available at all Walt Disney World Resort hotels 24-hours a day. In addition, there is a Walk-In Urgent Care Center offsite which is open 8:00 AM to midnight, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, and Sunday.
I would also suggest
calling Walt Disney World Resort ahead of your vacation to discuss any specific concerns you might have that I have not mentioned, and you can always come and see us again if you have any further questions.
Thank you so much for letting us be a part of this wonderful celebration! See you real soon,
Jen
