My husband would like to take our daughter and her children to Disney World for our 25th anniversary. He is 72 and in very poor health. Would like info on the best websites to make planning easier, so I can possibly make this happen in November 2017.

Hi, Sandra! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Congratulations on 25 magical yEARS! Walt Disney World Resort is a great place to celebrate this wonderful milestone! I am sorry that your husband is in poor health, but with proper planning, you can all have a great time. On the Walt Disney World Resort Website, there is a section for Services for Guests with Disabilities, although he may not have a disability, many of the topics discussed here might be applicable. For example, he may need to rent an Electric Conveyance Vehicle or a wheelchair

Once you have arrived, there are a number of First Aid options, such as locations in each of the Disney Theme Parks and in-room medical services are also available at all Walt Disney World Resort hotels 24-hours a day. In addition, there is a Walk-In Urgent Care Center offsite which is open 8:00 AM to midnight, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, and Sunday.

I would also suggest calling Walt Disney World Resort ahead of your vacation to discuss any specific concerns you might have that I have not mentioned, and you can always come and see us again if you have any further questions.

Thank you so much for letting us be a part of this wonderful celebration! See you real soon,

    Jen
