Hello! My husband is currently in the Navy and we are visiting a naval base in San Diego in October. We would like to purchase one-day military-discounted passes for ourselves and my parents. Could you help us with that?

Hey there, hi there! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your ticket question.

We are also a Navy family who happen to be stationed in San Diego, where I have so enjoyed being quite close to Disneyland Resort. We have quite a few bases around here that have military base ticket offices for you to visit to purchase tickets for Disneyland Resort. I recommend double-checking the ticket office days and hours before you arrive to make sure you will be able to stop by the ticket office when they are open. For a one-day ticket to Disneyland Resort, standard tickets are available to purchase. There are no limits on how many you can purchase or who can use them. There are also Disney Military Promotional Tickets, but they are only available as 3-day and 4-day tickets and have specific offer details on who can purchase and use them.

Once you purchase your tickets from the ticket office, you will need to link them to a Disney account so that you can make theme park ticket reservations for them. Theme park ticket reservations as well as tickets are required for entry into the parks.

It's such an exciting time to visit the parks right now. Halloween time brings some really fun entertainment, attraction overlays, and Mickey and friends strolling Main Street, U.S.A., in their Halloween best! I hope you and your parents have a wonderful time! See you real soon!

Well hello friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mama and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. We love that we are close enough to Disneyland Resort to make a last-minute trip to see the Mouse quite frequently. You'll find us in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can fit in! I love helping my friends plan memorable trips to Disneyland Resort and can't wait to help you too! Learn More About Carrie
