My husband and I are cruising on the Dream in March. We are anxious to have dinner at Animator's Palate and also Palo. What if our dining rotation has us at Animator's on the same night as our reservation at Palo? Is there a way to know ahead of time?

    Hi Deborah -

I'm so excited to hear that you are taking the time to really plan out your evenings, to make sure that you take advantage of the magical experiences that the Disney Dream has to offer.  For the 3 or 4 night cruises, I too, would want to make sure that I don't miss Animator's Palate.  In addition, my favorite restaurant is Palo.  So, I cannot possibly miss a visit to Palo for dinner during a Disney Cruise.

Your actual dining rotation cannot be guaranteed 100% until embarkation day. Since you are sailing very soon, you should check out the available dining reservations at Palo now, and book a dinner reservation. Once you secure a dining reservation at Palo, then you call the Disney Cruise Travel Desk at 1-800-951-3532 to request the dinner rotation that ideally sets you up to dine at Animator's Palate on a different night.  There is still a chance that you might not get that matching dining rotation, of course. My suggestion, is to  see the Restaurant Manager on embarkation day to make appropriate changes to your dining reservations for the duration of your cruise.  Check the Personal Navigator or speak to Guest Services, to find out where they are setup that afternoon.  They can check available tables at Palo for dinner and also match your dining rotations to make sure you don't miss Animator's Palate.

I hope that helps!  Enjoy the chocolate soufflé at Palo!

    Happy planning!
