Sailing on a Disney Cruise with your family is the best, especially because there will be
something for everyone to enjoy on the ship and activities that appeal to all ages. You can choose how much time to spend together, or when to meet back up after individual activities. It's going to be great!
It's even better because you were able to book adjoining rooms. Yes, each stateroom will have a door with a lock on it for privacy that can be opened into the connecting stateroom. The guests in each stateroom can control whether or not the door is closed and locked or open for visitors. It's very convenient. If you have a stateroom with a verandah, ask your stateroom attendant if it's possible for the divider to be removed between the verandahs to make a bigger outdoor shared area to enjoy.
Jean, there are so many activities to look forward to on the ship. One of my favorite memories of sailing with my parents was dressing up for
Pirate Night together. My kids had full pirate costumes, and my parents opted for just some bandanas, but we had so much fun and took some great group photos. I hope you make some wonderful memories with your family too!
