Hi. My husband has created an account for the Disney app so we could book rides etc and he can see all reservations on his phone. I’m likely to still manage all reservations and ILL’s etc. he can’t see our hotel reservation or bookings. I accepted my link

Welcome to planDisney, Clare! Before you know it, your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth will begin, and I know you must be excited to be sharing the adventure with your one true love! Let's explore your connection in My Disney Experience to ensure you both have access to all of your plans, reservations, and other vacation details!

It sounds like you've already connected with your husband's account and linked him to your Family & Friends list, so the next setting you will want to check is that you have selected his profile as a Guest in your Disney Resort Hotel reservation. To do this, select the Hotel Reservations tab under "My Visit" on the My Disney Experience mobile app and verify that his account is connected as a Guest. If it is not, you will want to modify your reservation to connect his account to the reservation. You will also want to verify that he has been selected as a Guest for any other shared activities such as Advance Dining Reservations or other special bookings. If he is not already connected, you can update your party through the app by clicking on the reservation and selecting "Update Party."

Once you have completed this process, he should be able to see all of your plans and reservations on his account. If you have any problems during or after this process, you can also reach out directly to a Cast Member at Technical and Website support for additional assistance.

One other suggestion is that if you previously managed an account on behalf of your husband and he has now created his own, you can transfer ownership of his managed account to him. To do so, you will want to first remove his new account from your Family & Friends list and then click on the managed account and invite him to re-link as Family & Friends. In doing so, he will take ownership of his managed account, and if you had previously connected your plans to the managed account, they will transfer as well.

Clare, while you're here, I want to let you know that your springtime visit coincides with the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, the most colorful celebration of spring there ever was! Definitely take some time to stroll through the Butterfly Garden and sample some of the delicious cuisine throughout the park at the outdoor kitchens! It's a beautiful time to visit, and I'm wishing you many magical memories! Come back and see us anytime if we can help again!

    Magic Awaits,
    Alison
