Hello! My husband and I are coming to WDW this September. We are staying at the Caribbean Beach resort and can’t wait! Can you advise us where the refill stations are throughout the resort?

Welcome back to planDisney, Lauren! It is always great to see Guests return for more information about their Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Thank you!

I can’t tell you how excited I am for you about your upcoming Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort stay. Growing up, our family vacations to the Walt Disney World Resort were spent at Disney’s Port Orleans—Riverside or the Caribbean Beach Resort, so I have amazing childhood memories of the Fuentes del Morro Pool. And when I didn’t think staying in the Caribbean-themed resort could get better, it sure has now that Disney Skyliner connects the resort to Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

To help answer your question, I asked two Cast Members, and both confirmed for me that you will be able to refill your Resort Refillable Mug at three locations throughout the resort: Centertown Market/Centertown Market Grab & Go, Banana Cabana, and Spyglass Grill. As you may already be aware, the 16-ounce Resort Refillable Mug is good for the length of your stay, up to 14 days, and gives you unlimited coffee, tea, and soda! These mugs are my first purchase for our family when visiting Disney World. The mug pays for itself almost immediately for someone who has multiple cups of coffee daily, like me. Don’t forget that you can also use your mug at all other Disney Resort Collection hotels, just not the parks. So, if you plan on walking to Disney’s Riviera Resort or taking the Skyliner to check out Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, you should take your mug with you!

Don’t forget to let loose at Banana Cabana, one of my favorite bars in Disney World. Like my favorite musician, Rupert Holmes, once said, “If you like Piña Coladas, getting caught in the rain, not much into health foods, and into champagne,” this is the perfect spot! Aside from the refreshing Piña Colada, you should give the Island Time Seasonal Margarita a chance; both pair fantastically with the Seafood Fritters!

I hope this helps, Lauren. If you have any other questions or want more dining recommendations, drop me a line. I will happily share some of my favorite eating and drinking spots throughout Disney World so you can enjoy your visit as much as I always do!

    Cheers,
    Brent
