My husband and I coming to WDW in September with our daughter who will almost be 3 at that time. Is the not-so-scary Halloween party sometime she would enjoy at that age? Also how much do the tickets normally cost? Thanks so much for your help

    Hi Lori!

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party really is fun for all ages. Your daughter will have the chance to trick or treat around the Magic Kingdom and meet lots of different characters dressed in their Halloween costumes. There is also a special parade and an amazing fireworks show that you can only see at the party. In my opinion, I think that it's definitely worth it to go to the party at least once. Since only a certain amount of tickets are sold, it's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some of the attractions at the Magic Kingdom with smaller crowds and the bonus of the special entertainment. Some of the special entertainment in the past has included dance parties, special stage shows and storytelling.

Prices for the 2009 Halloween parties haven't been announced. Look for the prices closer to the date tickets go on sale which is May 1. The ticket prices for the 2008 party ranged from $48.95 to $55.95 plus tax for adults and $42.95 to $49.95 plus tax for kids ages 3-9. Prices may increase for this years party so be sure to keep checking the WDW website for updates.

I hope you decide to enjoy one of the Halloween parties this year. Have a wonderful time!
