My husband and I are coming to WDW for our first time and honeymoon trip May 18-25. We have the basic dining plan and the park hopper option. We are staying at the POP Century resort. Where in the hotel should we request to stay (what century/what floor?)

    Hi, Katherine!

Congratulations to you and your Prince Charming on your wedding!  Wishing you both a very Happily Ever After!

But back to your awesome honeymoon!  Usually folks want to be as close to the action as possible, but I am guessing you would like something a bit more peaceful!   I would request a 4th floor room in the 1970's building with a view of Hour Glass Lake.  This should give you a bit more privacy away from the hustle-and-bustle of the Hippy Dippy Pool!

About a week prior to your Honeymoon, send in a fax to the resort and let them know you are going to be on your Honeymoon and would like a quiet room if possible, and your room preference.  You can send that fax to (407)938-4040.  Include your name and reservation number.

Make sure you have made your Advance Dining Reservations.   You will want to book some nice meals - try California Grill or Yachtsman Steakhouse for a real treat!

I hope you have an amazing vacation and best of luck as you begin the next phase of your life!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
