My husband and I are coming to Orlando for our 25th wedding anniversary and are staying at the Disney Movie Resort from 11/30/2011. Our children are adults now so not traveling with us. What is available for adults. i want lots of character photos please.

    Hello there Heather!

Oh, I love going to Walt Disney World without kids! Just, don't let my own kids find out! It's really a whole different experience being able to walk around the parks enjoying all that there is, without having to worry about children. It's not "The Most Magical Place in the World" for no reason! As an adult, you can participate in all of the Character experiences that you want. They're not "just for kids". I spent half a day walking Magic Kingdom all by myself taking pictures with which ever character I ran across! It was so much fun!

You can also celebrate your anniversary in style at my favorite dinning spots, California Grill or go all out at Victoria and Albert's! If you can book an Advance Dinner Reservation for an evening out at California Grill in the Contemporary Resort just before the Wishes Fireworks show, you're hardly ever going to experience anything like it! The dinner is wonderful and being able to watch the Wishes fireworks from the observation deck is so beautiful! Your husband is going to really enjoy the experience! I know I have the past two times I have eaten there!

I was fortunate enough to have eaten at Victoria and Albert's located at the Grand Floridian Resort last December. The meal is a culinary masterpiece beyond anything I could have imagined. Everything was fantastic even menu items which I would never normally try! I would try to make your reservation as early as possible because the restaurant is fabulous and fills up quickly! At the end of your meal, you will receive a beautiful rose as a gift from the chef.

For both reservations, the number to call is (407)WDW-DINE and they start the reservation process 180 days out. I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
