My husband is coming home and wondered about the possibility of going to Disney with the kids before he leaves again. Are there any deals for the military at the moment? He will be home from February 22nd until March 5th. Thank you!

Hi Anna, and welcome to planDisney!

First, Thank You to your husband for his service! It is a great idea to take your family on a last-minute vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, and February is a great time to visit!

“Eligible Service Members” or their spouses may purchase the Disney Military Salute Tickets at participating U.S. military sales outlets. You will have the option to choose from a four or 5-day Disney Military Salute ticket with an included Park Hopper or Park Hopper Option. You also have the ability to add the Disney Genie+ service if you wish to. In addition, if you desire to enjoy a stay at a select Disney Resort Hotel, U.S. Military Members can take advantage of some great rates. To book a room using this offer, be sure to call (407) 939-7830, and a cast member will be able to assist you.

If you decide to move forward and visit, I recommend locking down the dates of your visit and checking the availability calendar to ensure theme park availability. If availability exists, make your theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system once you obtain your theme park tickets.

I wish you a magical stay and vacation! Please let us know if you have additional questions.
