My husband and I are coming to Disney for the Wine and Dine half marathon weekend. My husband is running the half marathon and we are both running the 5K. What would be the best and fastest way for package pickup since he will be picking up two packets?

    Hi Lisa!

The Wine and Dine Half Marathon is my favorite race weekend!  I hope you guys have a great time:)

Packet pick-up is a fairly quick and easy process.  There will be separate lines for the 5K and half marathon runners.

You could send him to stand in line for his half marathon packet while you get in line for the 5K packets. If you want to pick up his packet you will need the following:  (all of this can be found on the Wine and Dine Half website, under the tab "RUNNER INFO" and then "Packet Pick Up")

      • A copy of the participants Photo ID
      • Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form (available about one month before the event)
      • Event waiver signed by the participant (available about one month before event)
      • No exceptions

I have been to packet pick-ups when there is no line at my booth, and where I have had to wait for 10-15 minutes.  It's hard to predict.  Usually, the 5K is a very quick process, though!

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
