My husband and I are coming to Disney for our anniversary this weekend. We are passholders, but not staying at a resort. What can we do at Disney to celebrate our anniversary?

Hi, Valerie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel - and a very Happy Anniversary to you and your hubby!

My husband and I honeymooned at Walt Disney World, and we've visited on every anniversary since. Just being immersed in the magic is a celebration, but there are many ways to celebrate your love in this amazing place.

It may be a little late to score a dining reservation, but you can still enjoy a romantic meal. Breakfast and lunch at the Magic Kingdom's Be Our Guest Restaurant don't require reservations, and you can dine in style in the Grand Ballroom of the Beast's Castle or in the darkly mysterious West Wing.

Or, head over to Epcot and pick up a gourmet sandwich and a glass of champagne at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patesserie in the France pavilion and toast each other next to a Paris-inspired fountain. You can sample food and drink from 11 countries at Epcot, then take a walk through the International Gateway for a sunset stroll on Disney's BoardWalk.

In the evening, find a spot to take in one of the fabulous fireworks shows, like Wishes Nighttime Spectacular at the Magic Kingdom or Illuminations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot.

And be sure to seek out the PhotoPass photographers around the parks and take several photos to commemorate your romantic day!

These are just a few ideas that I hope will inspire your own celebration, Valerie. Congratulations on your anniversary, and I wish you a magical Walt Disney World vacation.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
