Welcome to planDisney, Lisa!
Ah, l’amour! Congratulations on your anniversary! My husband and I have celebrated many milestones, big and small, at the
Disneyland Resort, so personally, I think Disneyland is the most perfect place to celebrate the magic of
la romance! I’m glad you already know about the special celebration buttons at City Hall on Main Street. When you wear them throughout your stay, any cast member who sees you can send some extra pixie dust and well-wishes your way!
There are so many charming artists available all around the park who can make the magic of your day last forever. You and your "
hunny" can get a romantic caricature done in
New Orleans Square. One of my favorite keepsakes are the silhouette portraits that you can have made at the
Silhouette Studio on Main Street, U.S.A. The
Disney PhotoPass Service photographers are always eager to help you capture a loving moment. Photos at Snow White’s well and along the Seven Dwarfs’ bridge to the right side of the
Sleeping Beauty Castle is a less common spot for a snapshot of the two of you sharing Love’s True Kiss.
But Lisa, If you're stressed…it's fine dining I suggest. My husband and I celebrated our very first anniversary at the
Blue Bayou, a very popular spot for an intimate, romantic dinner for two along the quiet swamp that starts the
Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Reservations are best made before your stay online, but I’ve had luck as a walk-up guest. Either way, this is one of the locations where you can add a
Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to your meal to make your feast more special.
Bon Appetìt!Other locations where you can enjoy celebration cake delivery at the Disneyland Park are
Café Orléans and the
River Belle Terrace. If you venture over to the Disney California Adventure park, the
Lamplight Lounge and the
Wine Country Trattoria also offer celebration cakes.
I hope these ideas help you make all your dreams come true for your anniversary, Lisa. I look forward to seeing you celebrate your Happily Ever After at Disneyland! So please
let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
Bon Voyage,
Danielle
