Cinderella Royal Table

    Hi, My husband and I will be celebrating our 10th Wedding anniversary at Disney this year. He has never been and I only as a child. We will get a sitter for our 3 kids so we can have dinner one evening, what is the best dinner experience to celebrate?

    Ten years? How wonderful! The good news is that you have some time to make a decision and there are several fantastic options at the Walt Disney World® Resort. A few of my favorites include Be Our Guest Restaurant. There are tables in the back of the Grand Ballroom with windows depicting a magical, snow covered landscape outside of the castle. We always request a table in this area. Although requests are not guaranteed, cast members do their best! In keeping with the royal theme, Cinderella's Royal Table is another favorite. We prefer breakfast here, just before park opening. In EPCOT, we love Space 220 Restaurant. The dining experience is truly unique.

    At the Disney Resorts Collection hotels, we adore California Grill and 'Ohana. At California Grill, the views from atop Disney's Contemporary Resort are simply spectacular. We make an advanced dining reservation for a time just before the start of the Happily Ever After fireworks so that we can view the fireworks while having dinner. At 'Ohana, we also make reservations during the fireworks time. The views from some tables in the restaurant are not as fantastic as those at California Grill but the fireworks are still impressive and the food is delicious.

    My bucket list of dining locations includes Victoria & Albert's. This dining location is not in our budget, but I keep hoping we will get there someday! If you would prefer to dine at Disney Springs, consider STK® Steakhouse. I have only dined here once but the food was yummy and the rooftop terrace was beautiful.

    Craig, I hope this helps you get started planning a special dinner with your husband! Wherever you decide to dine, be sure to make advanced dining reservations. As you plan, I also suggest In-Room Floral & Gifts. In the past, we have ordered balloon surprises for our girls and they were so excited!
