Hello, Katie,
May I be the first to wish you a happy first anniversary! I love that you'll be celebrating at Walt Disney World, too! One of the most romantic places to celebrate is Victoria & Alberts, which is a culinary dining experience beyond description. However, there is a strict dress code, so I'm gathering that it may not be an option for you after a day at the Magic Kingdom. Also, I'd be remiss in not sharing with you that this is a costly dining experience, but worth every penny in my opinion!
However, there are some other wonderful
dining options. At the Magic Kingdom, I love the romantic atmosphere of Be Our Guest Restaurant and Cinderella's Royal Table. Just a monorail ride away, there are some other signature dining options for a romantic evening at the nearby resorts. Citricos features Mediterranean meals in a lovely, quiet atmosphere while Narcoossee's specializes in seafood and even has views of the Magic Kingdom and fireworks. Similarly, the California Grill has sweeping views of all of Walt Disney World; and if you dine early, you can return to watch the fireworks from their balcony. You can also take a relaxing boat ride over to the Wilderness Lodge to dine at Artist Point where the specialty is Pacific Northwest cuisine. If you'd like something more casual and adventurous, Whispering Canyon Cafe is loads of fun. I'd suspect the rest of the guests may be invited to help wish you a happy anniversary!
With your anniversary in June, I'd encourage you to make
reservations quickly as many of the restaurants are popular. Wishing you a magical trip! Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -
