My husband and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary and taking our 5yo daughter with us to Disney World for the first time. We want to celebrate our anniversary with her. Any ideas for a family friendly, but special dinner or night-time activity?

  • Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Enslen!

Congratulations on your upcoming Anniversary! Disney World is the perfect place to celebrate and its wonderful you want to combine it with your little Princess' first trip.

There are so many incredible ways to celebrate as a family. Here are some suggestions:

    * Have dinner at California Grill at the Contemporary Resort. Make your reservations to coincide with Wishes Fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. The amazing view will be very romantic for you and exciting for your daughter.
    * Dine at Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian Resort. Its beautiful dining along the waterfront. Make your reservations near Wishes & stroll onto the deck to watch.
    * Spend an evening at Downtown Disney. Start with dinner at Fulton's Crab House and then attend a performance of Cirque du Soleil - La Nouba.
    * The Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party is a great way to see Wishes in the Magic Kingdom and enjoy some yummy desserts!
    * Celebrate the occasion and book a family Portrait Session with a Disney Photographer. The Disney Photographers do an amazing job of capturing memories in some very unique settings. These will be pictures you'll treasure forever.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
