My husband and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary and we are gooing to bring oue 2 young children. Although we want to be with them most of the time, We would like time to ourselves occasionally. What do you suggest?

    Happy upcoming anniversary!

In addition to being fun for the kids, Walt Disney World is also a wonderful place for romance. You should definitely try to take advantage of that during your special time.

There are two options for chid care at Walt Disney World: the Children's Activity Centers or private sitting.

The Activity Centers are located in several of the deluxe resorts, though anyone is able to use them. They are typically open from about 4:00 p.m. until midnight. Here, specially trained cast members will oversee children ages 3-12 in a group setting. There are movies, games, art projects, etc. They can also feed your child dinner from a preselected menu. You can call 407-WDW-DINE for pricing, reservations, and more information.

Disney contracts private sitting with an independent agency called Kids Nite Out. These sitters will come to your hotel room with books, games, etc. They can watch younger children, or in some cases special needs children. They can also take your children to the theme parks for an additional fee. You set the hours. More information and rates can be found on their website at kidsniteout.com.

I hope you all have a wonderful time on vacation. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
