Hi! My husband and I would like to celebrate our son's first birthday at Magic Kingdom with friends and family we would also like to dine inside the park and possibly have a birthday cake as well. Where do we start?

    Hi Camille!

How fun to celebrate your son's special day at Walt Disney World. Take a look at the Customize Your Celebration page of the Walt Disney World website for some great ideas of ways to make his day even more memorable--including the option of ordering a customized birthday cake ahead of time. If you would rather, you can simply request a cake at the check-in stand for any Advanced Dining Reservations you might have. These cakes are standard 6-in single layer cakes that can be purchased as you arrive. You can also visit the Walt Disney World Florist website for an extra special touch to the day (such as having your room decorated ahead of time for the birthday boy!) All in all, no one celebrates quite like Disney and this is going to be one special birthday for your little guy!

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!
