My husband would like to carry our 4 1/2 year old in a backpack child carrier (heavy-duty for hiking), rather than using a stroller. My question is, where would we leave it when going on rides? By the strollers? Has anyone had any experience with this?

    Hi Lauren,

Your husband is going to get a great workout walking with your 4 1/2yr old on his back!! You would leave it with the strollers. I would make sure to label it clearly. On some attractions, you can speak with the Cast Member and see if you can leave it with them. You have options, you can always rent a locker for the backpack if your husband gets tired/sore and you can rent a stroller if your 4 1/2 yr old gets tired.

Your little one will have a great view of the parks and your husband will have a great workout, looks like a win/win to me!

Thank you for your question. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
    Carrie
