My husband can't go to Villains Nite. Can someone else use the ticket and go in his place?

    Greetings, Kimberly!

Finally! Disneyland After Dark: Villains Nite is almost here!

    “I’ve waited years for this!”
    —Captain Hook, Peter Pan

I’m sorry to hear your husband won’t be able to make it. I hope you will be able to go still.

“You’ve worked so hard to get here. It’s what you wanted since you were a kid. You can’t quit.”
    —Dawn Bellwether, Zootopia

Of course, it would be great to go along with someone else still.

“Don’t let the wish grow cold.”
—The Evil Queen, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

Now, what can be done to make this happen?

“I’m gonna do the best I can.”
—Oogie Boogie, The Nightmare Before Christmas

    What? You don’t believe me?

“I find your lack of faith disturbing.”
—Darth Vader, Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope

I gather the ticket has your husband’s name attached to it, right?

“The rest of the world may follow the rules, but I must follow my heart.”
    —Ernesto de la Cruz, Coco

Well, it turns out it is OK to gift wholly-unused theme park tickets or Special Event Tickets to another Guest. In fact, I’ve given a ticket to Oogie Boogie Bash to a friend when a family member couldn’t come along with us.

    “Be prepared.”
    —Scar, The Lion King

Be sure to arrive early. Your Villains Nite tickets will allow you to enter Disney California Adventure Park as early as 5:00 PM. You won’t need to make a separate theme park reservation as with standard theme park tickets. Note that parking fees are not included with event tickets. Carpooling is encouraged.

No need to thank me. It’s the least I could do.

“I am burdened with glorious purpose.”
    —Loki, The Avengers
