Welcome, Marie!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. The
California Resident Ticket Offer is truly something special, and I'm glad you were able to take advantage of it. As a former Southern California resident, I dream about moving back just to be able to qualify for this special offer and three full days of magic! We get a lot of questions around eligibility, so I'm happy to help with your question today.
It sounds like you are a Disneyland pro and quite familiar with the
California Resident Ticket Offer details. Eligible Guests must live within ZIP codes 90000 - 96199 and provide proof of residency with a valid government-issued photo ID reflecting their current address for admission. Typically, this is a Driver's License or a CA State ID. At this time, a passport would not be accepted. I'm sorry, I know that was not the news you were hoping to hear! The good news is that those tickets are valid through May 21, 2026, so you have some time to hopefully obtain an eligible ID. If you have any specific questions about your tickets, I recommend calling the
Guest Services team directly, as they can see into your account.
One of my favorite perks of these tickets is that they can be used on non-consecutive days, so you can really spread out the magic. There is so much coming to the
parks in 2026 for you to enjoy! The
70th Anniversary and all its limited-time festivities are confirmed to run through August 9, 2026, so you will have plenty of opportunities to Celebrate Happy. At California Adventure, two of my favorite festivals take place in the first half of the year - the
Lunar New Year celebration (January 23 - February 22) and the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival (March 6 - April 27). Each of these special events brings exclusive entertainment, character experiences, and, of course, lots of delicious sweets and treats!
Marie, I hope this has been helpful! If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at
planDisney.
See ya real soon,
Tara
