Hi Tammy,
Have you been reading my other answers because all of my money is usually spent on food and drinks!! How can you not eat at Walt Disney World? Imagine cotton candy, funnel cakes, ice cream - wait, let me get to your question. Do you see what happens to me when I'm thinking about food??
Yes, you will be allowed to bring in your own snacks and beverages. I always bring in snacks and bottled water. Just be aware that glass containers (excluding baby food jars and perfume bottles), coolers or backpacks with or without wheels larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high are prohibited from Disney's theme parks.
I would also suggest that you visit the theme parks at opening time and leave by mid-day (lunch time) as this is the hottest time of the day. This will give you a chance to have lunch and pool time. I would return to the theme parks during the evening once the sun isn't so darn hot! Be sure to take advantage of the Gift Shops and attractions with air conditioning. I hope this helps!
Have a magical day!!
Ca'Sandra
