My husband and I will be bringing our 16 year old son and a friend for spring break. They both love to surf so we were looking at the surf lessons at Typhoon Lagoon. Would this be something they would enjoy since they both already know how to surf?

    Hi Kevin!

I am all about giving my family a different experience each time we visit Walt Disney World Resort! I think it's great that your son and his friend love to surf, and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is a great place to "catch some waves". If it is a different experience that you seek, I think that the guys could enjoy it, even though part of the experience is training. They cap the class size at 12, so there will be a smaller number of individuals present. After the 30 minutes of instructions (out of the water), there is 2 hours of surf time (in the water) included. The 2 hours of surf time could be the part of the experience they will enjoy. I hope this helps.

    Have a magical time!
