My husband and I will be bringing our two daughters to WDW this September. Their ages at time of travel: Older daughter - 7 years; younger daughter - 11 months. Should I make ADR for a party of 3 or party of 4 guests?

Hi Tiffany, thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I am so glad you are gearing up to make dining reservations for your Walt Disney World vacation. The best places always fill up quickly, so it's great that you will be prepared.

When making dining reservations for your family, you'll want to let the Cast Member helping you know that you are a party of 4. While kids under 3 can dine for free, they still need to be counted in the reservation number for the safety and comfort of all Guests. To make dining reservations, you can do so online or by calling the Dining Reservation Hotline 180 days in advance.

When you are making your dining reservations, be sure to keep one lunch free because going on during your trip is the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. It's my very favorite time of year at Epcot. You'll be able to sample dishes from all over the world at the Global Marketplaces set up all around the park. My family and I love to spend an afternoon during the festival tasting amazing dishes we might not get to try otherwise.  It makes for an incredible lunch experience!

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please come back and ask us.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
