My husband and I are bringing our three boys to Disney World the first week of October. Which characters are we likely to find at the different resorts? Looking for Genie, 7 Dwarfs, Woody and friends, Peter Pan, etc. We do have character dining booked.

    Hi Elizabeth!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

The only way to meet characters at the Walt Disney World Resort hotels, is by making a reservation for character dining.  Resort hotel character meals are as follows:

Yacht & Beach Club Resorts: Cape May Cafe - Goofy, Minnie, Donald.
Contemporary Resort: Chef Mickey's - Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Donald
Swan Resort: Garden Grove - Breakfast, Goofy & Pluto; Dinner, Timon & Rafiki or Goofy & Pluto
Grand Floridian Resort: Wonderland Tea Party - Alice and the Mad Hatter
1900 Park Fare - Breakfast, Mary Poppins, Alice; Dinner, Cinderella & friends
Fort Wilderness Resort: Mickey's Backyard Barbecue - Mickey & friends (Goofy, Minnie, Chip, Dale)
Polynesian Resort: 'Ohana - Lilo, Stitch, and others such as Pluto, Mickey

Full details of all character dining at the resorts, and at the theme parks, can be found here.

When you enter the theme parks, please remember to collect a copy of the Times Guide which will give you details of all the character 'meet & greets' taking place that day.

If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
