    Me and my husband are bringing our 3 small kids to Disney for the first time. We are staying in the Port Orleans Riverside. When I booked the reservation, I asked for a hotel where we could access the monorail. True or Not?

    Hi, Kelly!  Any guest visiting Walt Disney World can use the Disney Transportation System, including the monorails.   However, I think what you are asking is if you can take the monorail from your resort, to which the answer is "no."   From Port Orleans Riverside, you have direct access to Downtown Disney on a boat, or to the theme parks and water parks via bus service.

    If you are looking for a resort that has a monorail, your choices are either the Contemporary, Polynesian, or the Grand Floridian (all Deluxe Resorts.)
