My husband and I will be bringing our 2 daughter's to Disney World in November. The girls are aged 5 & 3 and it is our first trip. They are into all of the princesses and Disney Junior. Please let me know a few things that are a must to do and or see.

    Hi Jennifer,

Congratulations on your upcoming first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.  I love hearing from guests planning their very first magical adventure.  Your family is going to have such an incredible time!

One of my favorite ways to let my children meet their most revered Disney friends is through the character dining experiences.  With character dining, they are able to meet and interact with several characters without standing in line and while enjoying a delicious meal.  It doesn't get much better than that!  There are two dining experiences I think would be perfect for your little princesses.  The first is the Disney Princesses Storybook Dining at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot.  Here, you can dine in a medieval castle and mingle with several of the Disney Princesses and friends. The other character dining experience I really think you would enjoy, is the Disney Junior Play 'n Dine at the Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios.  This musical meal encourages your kids to dance, play and interact with their favorite Disney Junior pals, including Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First. (Subject to change.)

Have a wonderful first trip, Jennifer, and please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
