Welcome back, Leilani!
Thanks for bringing another great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. After seeing all of the amazing
Halloween Time treats and decor debut this week, I am more excited than ever about your upcoming vacation.
Mickey's Halloween Party is most-definitely suitable for all ages, though tickets will only need to be purchased for Guests 3 years of age and older. The entire family can dress up, go trick-or-treating, eat delicious themed treats, and meet favorite Characters. You will know what fears your child has and can avoid them if, for example, you do not want to meet certain Disney Villains or ride attractions that are too dark. You won't have to worry about Characters scaring or startling you abruptly like some other theme parks offer for Halloween events. This is a family-friendly party!
Since these parties do run late into the night, my advice is to make sure your daughter is either fine with staying up late or able to fall asleep in a stroller so you can get the most out of your party ticket. When we enjoy late nights in the parks with my toddler, he falls asleep in his stroller, and we put noise cancelling ear muffs on him. This has worked perfectly for us, but other children we know need to leave early to sleep in a bed, so it's just something to keep in mind.
Many nights of this spooktacular party have already sold out, so I advise purchasing your tickets as soon as possible if you plan on attending. I hope you have a ghoulishly good time!
