My husband and I just bought FL Resident Season passes for our family of 3 and also booked our stay at POR. I found out about the Tables in Wonderland recently. What is a better deal...to get the Tables in Wonderland or a dining plan?

Hi Jennifer!  I am a proud owner of a Tables in Wonderland card and can't imagine going without this on a trip to Walt Disney World. I never use a dining plan on my vacations as I prefer not to keep track of credits or limit where I can and cannot eat at any given time. I guess I am a bit spoiled but hate having to think while on vacation! There are a few non Disney run restaurants on property where the Tables in Wonderland is not accepted such as Teppan Edo in Japan but it is the exception and not the rule.

Tables in Wonderland will give you a 20% discount on all food and beverage and that means alcoholic drinks as well. When adding a bottle of wine to a dinner it can be a great savings. I love that your discount is for whatever you choose to order....appetizer, main course, dessert. You don't have to feel like you need to order all three if you aren't hungry where on the dining plan many guests order it because it is included.

I have never sat down and figured out the dollars and cents savings but know that the convenience and perks that go with the Tables in Wonderland are far better for my family then a dining plan.
