As you know, the
Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 itineraries were just announced and are set to go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time. However, early booking dates are available for
Castaway Club Members, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Adventure Insiders with Adventures by Disney. The designated early booking window for Platinum Castaway Club Members such as yourself starts on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time.
Because Disney Cruise Line views Castaway Club levels as being
stateroom specific, there must be a guest with the necessary Castaway Club level assigned to each stateroom in order to get the benefits. That means that you and your husband can each book a stateroom, but you would need to assign one of you to each of those rooms in order to qualify for the early booking privilege. If the other members of your family are also already Castaway Club members of different levels, then I would recommend just letting them book their own staterooms to avoid the complications of having people assigned to the wrong staterooms. Especially because the stateroom specific Castaway Club level rule will also apply to the calculation of each stateroom’s advance booking window and opening date for online check-in, so it isn’t just about the original booking window itself.
Make sure that the rest of your family knows that the early booking window for Gold Castaway Club Members opens on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time, and the one for Silver Castaway Club Members opens on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time.
