My husband booked the tickets and I booked the hotel… now they are associated with two different accounts. Is there a way to combine them? Thank you.

Hey there, Jordan, and welcome to planDisney! Planning your Walt Disney World vacation can be extremely rewarding and make you need a nap at the same time! But it sounds like you’ve already found the perfect Disney planning hack - share the planning responsibilities with your partner. My wife and I share planning duties as well: she takes care of all of the pre-planning, and I usually manage all of the in-park responsibilities.

Jordan, it sounds like the My Disney Experience Family & Friends list is the perfect solution to your question. The Family & Friend list allows you to share and coordinate plans across My Disney Experience accounts. If you and your husband are properly linked to the Theme Park Tickets, and Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations, they will automatically populate in both My Disney Experience accounts once you are linked in Family & Friends. The Family & Friends list will also help you make dining reservations, book Genie+ Lightning Lane Entrance reservations, and more, for your entire vacation party, no matter which My Disney Experience account is used to reserve.

You can follow the following steps to build your Family & Friends List in the My Disney Experience mobile app:

    1. Open the My Disney Experience app
    2. Select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the home screen
    3. Scroll down and select “My Profile”
    4. Select the Friends & Family list tab
    5. Scroll down and “Add a Guest”

If you run into any issues, you can always reach out to a My Disney Experience and MagicBands Cast Member at (407) 939-4357. They will be able to help you troubleshoot even further.

I hope this helps, Jordan! If you have any more questions while planning your Walt Disney World Vacation, come back by and let me know! I’m always happy to help!

    Until Next Time,
