    My husband had a bad car accident last year. We're surprising our 3kids in Sept2016. We're celebrating "Daddy-is-Better-Extravaganza"! Any tips to celebrate? My son will turn 4 while we are there. Do I list him as 3 or 4 yo?

They have plenty of choices and ways to celebrate all kinds of occasions. You can also make reservations for a nice table service dinner with your family and order a customized cake that says something related with what you are celebrating. You can order by calling 407 827-2253. What about a special cruise at WDW to see the fireworks with a dessert buffet? Check this possibility and you will have a blast, trust me. List you kid with the age that he will have at the beginning of your trip. In that case, three years old.
