My husband asked me to marry him 25 years ago on our trip to Disney world. We plan to return this December 5 to celebrate our anniversary. I am not interested in the in room ideas I have found. Do you have any other things for us to do to celebrate.

    Hi Kathy!

I just adore this question. Congratulations to you and your husband! What a magical Disney story to share. So sweet and romantic!

There are lots of ways to customize your special celebration! To me, no celebration is complete without cake, so I recommend ordering a specialty cake from one of the Disney bakeries. You will get to work with the Disney chefs to create a custom treat for your hubby which can be presented at various restaurants or be delivered to your resort.  You will find the Custom Cake Hotline number through the link above. Another favorite romantic idea is enjoying a Specialty Cruise together. Choose the right vessel, create a custom menu from Disney's Private Dining and enjoy a relaxing trip around Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon. Then, the sun sets, music starts to play and beautiful fireworks cap off your romantic evening.

I hope I have given you a few ideas, but please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with in planning your Fairy Tale. Have a wonderful time, Kathy!

    Magical Wishes,

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
