couple checking in Disney's Animal Kingdom

My husband and I are arriving soon for an anniversary trip and our flight gets in around 11. We have a park reservation for Animal Kingdom. If we arrive before our room is ready, are Bell Services available to take our bags while we explore the park?

Welcome to planDisney, Christina! It sounds like we have a lot in common because I also love arriving at my Resort Hotel as early as possible to extend the magic as long as I can. If I can grab a delicious sit-down lunch or enjoy some extra time in the theme parks on my arrival day, I think that's a great bonus so I also like to plan my trips that way!

If you arrive at your Resort Hotel before your official check-in time, you are more than welcome to leave your bags with Bell Services while you go enjoy the first few hours of your anniversary vacation. They will store them safely until you're finished and then you have a few options when your room is ready and you'd like to collect your bags. You can pick them up yourself using the ticket that they gave you when you dropped them off, or you can call down from your room and have them delivered directly to you. The process also works the same way in reverse if you have plans after check-out time on your last day! You can leave your bags with Bell Services after you've checked out and they will hold onto them for you so you can enjoy the time you have left before you board Disney's Magical Express back to the airport.

I hope this answers your question, Christina, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
