My husband and I will be arriving next week with our 2 children (3.5 years old and 4 months old). Are there floatation devices available for both children at resort pools, or would we have to bring our own for the baby?

Greetings, Jillian, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for your question regarding the use of floatation devices at Walt Disney World Resort swimming pools.

I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort, and, as a Disney Resort Hotel Guest, you'll be privy to exclusive conveniences and amenities.

Jillian, feel free to bring floatation devices for your children for their comfort and enjoyment in the swimming pool. As well, you may wish to utilize children's life vests available near the main pool of your Resort Hotel and depending where you stay towels are available for your use near the pools or from your Guest Room.

Did you know that on select nights, complimentary Disney movies are shown during Movies Under the Stars activities? Grab some pizza and enjoy the show! Some Resort Hotels even offer Campfires before the Movies Under the Stars.

May I offer Disney's Planning for PreSchool Kids and Little Ones online resource in preparation for your vacation? Be sure to take a look at and download the PreSchool Parents' Guide which you can bring with you. As well, please familiarize yourself with Disney's Restricted Personal Items list to be sure you bring suitable items for your trip.

Best Disney Wishes for a Magical Vacation, Jillian!
