Hi Moms, My husband and I are arriving in April of 2016 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I am hoping to book the Wishes dessert party for our last night (May 4th) but as of yet it is not available. Do you know if it will be back?

Hi Catherine! I can’t think of a better way to celebrate a 25th wedding anniversary than at the Walt Disney World Resort. Congratulations on 25 beautiful years. I always look up to couples just like you. I hope that your marriage has been filled with health, love, and beautiful memories.

The Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party in my opinion is such a wonderful and romantic experience. We really loved the sparkling cider and chocolate covered strawberries. Typically reservations for experiences like this are available approximately 180 days before your arrival. However it has been my experience that reservations for this Dessert party tend to not be ready at that point. My best advice to you would be to check back often for availability. Sometimes I have also called the dining reservations phone line to see if a Cast Member has any insight on when I should begin checking more frequently.

I wanted to also suggest to you that there is a newer offering called Ferrytale Wishes:  A Fireworks Dessert Cruise. This cruise will take you along Seven Seas Lagoon with decadent desserts, hot and cold beverages, and even alcoholic offerings. The view of Wishes is just spectacular. I could see myself celebrating a wedding anniversary aboard this cruise!

Whatever way you decide to celebrate this momentous occasion I hope that it is filled with magic! Enjoy the moment, enjoy each other, and celebrate knowing that you made it 25 years!
