Leanne from MA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My husband and I are annual passholders from Massachusetts. We visit WDW 3-4 times a year. We have a closet full of the refillable coffee/drink mugs from each visit. Do we need to buy one every single time or can we use one for the whole annual pass year?

    Hi there, Leanne!

Welcome back to planDisney! It's always a treat to help a fellow Walt Disney World Annual Passholder plan their next visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. I'm so glad you stopped by!

I'm also an out-of-state Passholder, Leanne, so like you, I've accumulated my fair share of resort-refillable mugs over the years. They're just so convenient and such a great value (I love that I can fill them with water, soft drinks, and my morning coffee), that I can't forego having one for each Disney Resort hotel stay! I typically fill mine up just before I head to the theme parks, and once it's empty, I rinse it out and fill it with water throughout the day. Did you know that you can request complimentary cups of ice water at Quick-Service Restaurants? You can also helpfully find Water Bottle Refill Stations identified on theme park maps in your My Disney Experience app.

While the cabinet space in my kitchen would prefer that I not need to purchase a new mug for each visit, at this time, resort-refillable mugs are only valid for a length of stay at a Disney Resort hotel up to 14 days, so even Mickey's most frequent Guests are unable to use their mugs on multiple vacations. On the bright side, heading to work each morning with my coffee in one of these colorful cups is a great way to add a bit of pixie dust to my daily routine! Although this tip won't save you space, did you know that you can save time by purchasing your resort-refillable mug using the Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering feature in the My Disney Experience app from your Disney Resort hotel's quick-service dining location?

Before you go, Leanne, I want to encourage you to keep an eye on the Passholder-exclusive Special Offers. My husband and I just saved on a stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms at Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter using a Room Only discount exclusive for Annual Passholders and used the savings to purchase Lightning Lane passes for a trip.

I'm sure this isn't the answer you were hoping for, Leanne, but I do hope the information I shared was helpful. As always, please don't hesitate to stop back by with any additional questions that arise about your upcoming visits. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!
