    My husband and I already booked a stay at disney for the first week of July. We're celebrating 1 year together & finally taking our honeymoon. I would love to surprise him with a vow renewal but can't afford the fairytale weddings. Any advice?

    Congratulations! Celebrating your first anniversary is so special. Let's put together a romantic plan for you that will not break the bank.

    Start the celebration when you check-in at your resort. Ask for a celebration button so everyone knows you are celebrating your 1 year anniversary. Wear the buttons proudly!

    For some fun, get matching T-shirts or Mickey and Minnie wedding ears to wear. You only get to celebrate your first anniversary one time, so have fun with it!

    I think a wonderful dinner would be nice one evening. I suggest Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club. The food and service here are top notch. Let them know you are celebrating an anniversary, and hopefully they will give you a bit of extra attention.  Have your server take your picture to remember this special occasion. After dinner, head out to the beach where you can relax on a swing, or just get your toes in the sand and watch the fireworks from Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

    For the grand finale, head to Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at the Beach Club and order a Mini Kitchen Sink at the To-Go window. This adorable sundae is perfect for the two of you to share, and to celebrate your anniversary.
