    My husband & I, along with my mom, are taking our 20 month old son to DW April 16-21 for his 1st visit. We're beyond excited! We'll be staying at Pop Century and would like to know the best/quickest way to each of the theme parks. We'll have our car.

    Hi Shannon - I love that you're traveling with your mom, which is how we usually visit the parks. Over the years we've taken our older kids when they were babies and now we have a 17 month old, so I understand the importance of having a car and being able to get around the quickest way possible, with benefit of a car seat!

    One thing that I love about Disney is the clear directional signs. Staying at Pop Century you're in a great location to get to all of the parks very easily. When you check in, you'll be given not only a map of Pop Century's grounds, but also one for the entire WDW resort. If you want to double check your plan for where you're headed each day, just ask a front desk cast member for directions to your destination. In the meantime, here are my directions for you:

    From Pop Century to Magic Kingdom or Epcot: turn right onto Victory Way, then left onto Buena Vista Dr. You'll be exiting to the right onto World Dr, follow the signs for Epcot (off to the right) or Magic Kingdom (straight ahead) from there.

    From PC to Disney's Hollywood Studios: turn right onto Victory Way, then left onto Buena Vista Dr. DHS will be on your left at the next light.

    From PC to Animal Kingdom: turn LEFT onto Victory Way, then right onto Osceola Pkwy. Keep straight and follow the signs to Animal Kingdom. That's also the best way to get to Blizzard Beach if you're headed there.

    If you're headed to Downtown Disney or Typhoon Lagoon, take a right onto Victory Way, a right onto Buena Vista Dr and follow the signs from there. Typhoon Lagoon will be on your right, and Downtown Disney (Westside, Pleasure Island and the Marketplace) will be on your left.

    If head to googlemaps.com and type in Walt Disney World as your search term, it's always fun to look at the parks and resorts from a birds-eye view. I hope you have a wonderful time full of amazing memories and no U-turns! ;) Thanks for visiting us here at the panel.
