My husband and I both have an account for MyDisneyExperience. I have the plans and the reservations under my account. However, he can not see any of the plans that I have made. On our last trip he was able to see the information. Any advice?

Hi, Cathlene! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

When logged into your My Disney Experience account, under 'my account' select 'My Family and Friends'. Scroll down to your husband and select 'edit' on the right side of the screen. Under 'Invite to Plan and Share' be sure that 'View all my activities.' is selected.

We had a similar problem last May. I normally book our family Walt Disney World vacations under my account, and my husband booked that year's vacation using his email address and account. Even after adding me as a friend I was unable to see our plans in my account. We simply called (407) 939-4357 and a wonderfully helpful Cast Member knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it for us. If my suggestion doesn't resolve your issue, please call and they should be able to help you.

Wishing you and your family a magical vacation, Cathlene!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
