Hello there, Jessica and welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks for visiting us today, we are all EARs and ready to help! According to the
eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. You can always hang on to them to use towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket, equal to or greater than the original purchase price, when your Magic Keys expire. Or you could also gift them to someone who may be traveling with you. My sisters usually tag along when I visit, so it’s nice to have extra tickets handy.
Since you are Magic Key holders, it will be a while until you will be needing a standard theme park ticket. I recommend
reaching out to the Tickets service line at the Disneyland Resort and explaining your situation. A Cast Member might be able to better assist you with this simple mistake.
Jessica, as you take care of this ticket confusion, don’t forget to schedule your
theme park reservations as well. You’ll still need those, along with your
Magic Key, to visit!
Have a Magical Day!
