Hiya Elizabeth!
Thank you for sending us your question, and welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I am so excited that you stopped by to make us a part of your planning journey, and I am honoured that I get to help you today. How excited are you for your magical vacation? Have you started counting down the days yet? With the World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing, I would be thrilled!
Now, let's talk about how you and your family can have the most magical and convenient vacation ever! If you would like to use the
Disney MagicMobile Service to enter the parks with your family, you can use it separately. First, I would recommend going on your
My Disney Experience mobile app and checking if you both can download your kids' tickets by clicking on "Disney MagicMobile" in the three-line menu. Second, if one of you cannot download the tickets, the other parent should be able to download them and then
share them via text message, provided you both have iPhones. Indeed, you can share the tickets via iMessage with somebody in your contacts list. However, if you are still experiencing issues with downloading the tickets, I would recommend stopping by Guest Relations on your first park day and asking for physical tickets. That way, everyone will have a ticket they can keep, and you will not have to worry about whether or not each parent can go into the parks with your kids!
Once your tickets are settled, make sure to have your theme park reservations ready so that you may experience all the magic that is coming your way! Indeed, so many new offerings are waiting for you, and you will not want to miss them!
The World's Most Magical Celebration has been lighting up the sky of the Walt Disney World Resort with its EARidescent theme park icons and brand new nighttime spectaculars. Indeed, although
Disney Enchantment and
Harmonious have only been running since October, they have already become some of my favourites. For some extra magic, watch the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks from Main Street USA! Also, at Magic Kingdom Park, I highly recommend finding a spot to watch the cavalcades and the newly returned
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. However, if character experiences are what you like, don't forget that hugs are finally back at the Walt Disney World Resort, so make sure to check where your favourite characters are doing their meet & greets!
I hope this was helpful, Elizabeth, and that you and your family will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your magical visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. Much like Woody and Buzz, you've got a friend in us!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
