    Hi TIMothy! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh Boy! You are only two short days away from arriving at Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. Enjoy some of the specialty-themed treats available in the 50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide. I enjoy searching for the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues throughout all four theme parks. My favorite is Donald Duck in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park.

I am so sorry to read of your injury but very happy to report a Walt Disney World vacation is always an inclusive one! Whether in a wheelchair or an electric convenience vehicle (ECV), you are welcome to remain seated in your chair throughout the attraction queue along with your travel party. Attractions, shows, and entertainment offer a variety of ride or viewing options. Sometimes you may stay in your wheelchair and other times you may have to transfer. Here is a link that explains all of the options you will encounter. However, no matter which scenario is appropriate you will be allowed to experience it with your party.

Wheelchairs and ECVs are available for rent at all Walt Disney World Parks and Disney Springs. If you are staying on Walt Disney World property, I highly recommend using Disney Featured Provider, Scooterbug for all your rental needs as Bell Services can accept and return rentals without your presence. I recently used them for an ECV rental for my father and the service was fantastic.

Make sure to check out the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. Grab an artful delight from one of the many food studios to enjoy while strolling the park. I love the Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese from Pop Eats.

    Have an Inclusive Magical Visit,
