Hurry I leave in 3 days!! How do I get from POR to Sarasota Spa for a 8:30 appointment? Also have a late flight, 7:30 p.m. can I get a late check-out? Thanks

Hi, Darla!  Your best bet to get from Port Orleans Riverside to a Saratoga Springs spa appointment at that time of the day is to take a taxi cab.  There is no direct bus from Port Orleans to Saratoga Springs, so you would have to get to take a bus to a transportation hub - like one of the theme parks.  At that hour, the only theme park you might be able to get a bus early enough to is going to be the park that features Extra Magic Hours that morning.  Then you have to transfer from your bus to one heading for Saratoga Springs.

All of this can be quite time consuming, so if you do decide to chance taking the bus, plan to allow yourself at least an hour to an hour and a half to get to Saratoga Springs.  If it was later in the day, I'd recommend the boat, but to make an 8:30 appointment, that's not going to be an option.

You will have to request late check out at your resort.  Late check out is sometimes an option, but it is going to depend on availability at your resort during the time of your stay.  You can request late check out at the front desk, but you may be told you have to inquire the day before you check out to see if it is available.

The good thing is there is a place to store your luggage at the resort, so even if you do have to check out early, you can leave your bags and go to a theme park, enjoy the pool, or do some Downtown Disney shopping before you go!

    Have a great vacation!
