    hello! huge problem. I'm going to Disneyworld next month and I'm trying to book our fastpass, but I cannot link the tickets to my account because I only have the 'confirmation number'. i bought the tickets online in the disney website.

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I am so sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting your Walt Disney World theme park tickets linked to your account. Usually, when you purchase directly through the Disney World website, they will be automatically linked to your My Disney Experience account and you can assign each ticket to anyone in your Friends and Family list. 

    My suggestion is to call the Disney New Ticket number to get help via phone.  Here is a link to the Walt Disney World Phone Directory for your convenience. The Cast Member you speak with should be able to find out what the problem is so you can get those FastPass+ reservations scheduled!
