I am a huge fan of BoG & was sad to see it changed to a 2 credit option since it probably won’t fit this trip’s plans. Will this change affect all meals since lunch was previously QS? I’ve only seen dinner changes, any word on the breakfast menu?

    Hi Laurie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Be Our Guest Restaurant is also one of my family's favorites, so I understand your dilemma!

At this time, changes only affect the dinner experience at Be Our Guest. Breakfast and lunch will remain quick-service with reservations still highly recommended. Since it sounds like you are on one of the Disney Dining Plans, I suggest that you keep an eye on the dining plan entitlement requirements for each restaurant. To check, go to the restaurant's website, click on "Some Dining Plans Accepted." A pop-up menu should appear that depicts the number of dining plan entitlements required at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Laurie, I do hope you are still able to enjoy breakfast or lunch at Be Our Guest. We always do a pre-park opening breakfast reservation at Be Our Guest on a day when the park does not have Extra Magic Hours. Just check the park hours for the date of your visit. With a pre-park opening dining reservation, we can enter the park a few minutes before most other guests. Walking through an almost empty park always adds a little extra pixie dust to our trip! If you finish breakfast before the park officially opens, go get in the stand-by line for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. On our last visit, we just walked on - MAGIC!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
