    Hi! My hubs and I are taking our 2.5 yr. old girl to Disney next week (July 17-21). We are staying at the Grand Floridian and we have never been to Disney. Does the G.F. offer anything amazing that we should do after spending the mornings in the parks?

    Hello Victoria! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    You've definitely chosen the cream of the crop for your first Walt Disney World Resort vacation by staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. I hope this finds you settled-in and enjoying your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    You'll definitely have a lot to do at Disney's Grand Floridian & Spa. Your little one should love the main pool area and Mad Hatter Themed Splash Play Area. There are complimentary life vests available for Guests with little swimmers. Be sure to celebrate the Un-Birthday Pool Party scheduled every afternoon at the Beach Pool.

    Outside of the built-in good times of the pool, you'll want to pick up a Recreation Schedule at Guest Services when you Check-In or look through the recreational offerings online.  It is full of all of the unique experiences that Guests at Grand Floridian Resort & Spa can look forward to.

    The Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has many unique Character Dining Experiences, such as the Wonderland Tea Party, the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast and Cinderella’s Happily Ever After Dinner at 1900 Park Fare.

    My kids love to dig in the sandy areas around the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and loved the roasting marshmallows around the Campfire on select nights.

    Some offerings, like the Princess Promenade, require kids to be at least 3-years old to participate, but definitely inquire at Guest Services for any additional activities that may interest you and your 2-year old.
