    Hubby and I purchased a 5-nite 4-day park ticket package arriving Dec. 2. We want to upgrade tickets to annual passes. Can we upgrade before we use the ticket? Can we do it at French Quarter or is there somewhere else we need to go? Thanks

    Congratulations on your decision to become a Disney Annual Passholder!

    You have the option to upgrade each of your multi-day tickets through the last day of your ticket entitlement.  You only have to pay the price difference between your theme park tickets and the annual pass you are upgrading to.  You will need cast member assistance so you would have to stop by a ticketing window at the main entrance of any of the four theme parks, at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or call the Annual Passholders phone number and speak to a cast member prior to your arrival.  

    Since you have a few months before your vacation begins, I would suggest calling in advance and then check the special offers page as there are Annual Passholder discounts available for your December travel dates.  You might be able to put your annual pass to good use right off the bat!
